2022年 – 人权日 Human Rights Day

The UDHR consists of a preamble and 30 articles that set out a broad range of fundamental rights and freedoms to which all of us are entitled. It guarantees the rights of every individual everywhere, without distinction based on nationality, place of residence, gender, national or ethnic origin, religion, language, or any other status. Human Rights are universal, indivisible and interdependent. It means that one set of rights cannot be enjoyed fully without the other.

《世界人权宣言》由序言和30个条款组成，规定了我们所有人都有权享有的基本权利和自由。它保障世界各地每个人的权利，不因国籍、居住地、性别、民族或种族、宗教、语言或任何其他身份而有所区别。人权是普遍的、不可分割的和相互依存的。这意味着，其中一个权利也不能少。

Belgium remains firmly committed to protect, safeguard and promote Human Rights globally. On the international stage, and especially as a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council for the period 2023-2025, Belgium will continue to constructively engage with all international actors, including China, to advance all human rights: civil, political, economic, social and cultural. Priorities for our country include: accountability for the most serious crimes, the abolition of death penalty, the promotion of civic space and protection of human rights defenders, and the strengthening of gender equality while fighting against discrimination, with a special focus on women and girls.

比利时仍然坚定地致力于在全球范围内保护、捍卫和促进人权。在国际舞台上，特别是作为2023-2025年期间联合国人权理事会的成员，比利时将继续与包括中国在内的所有国际伙伴进行建设性接触，以促进所有人权：公民、政治、经济、社会和文化权利。我国的优先事项包括：追究最严重罪行的责任，废除死刑，促进公民空间和保护人权维护者，以及在反对歧视的同时加强性别平等，特别是关注妇女和女童。

Since next year will mark the 75th anniversary of the UDHR, the UN is starting a year-long campaign today to increase awareness and understanding of the UDHR as a tool for concrete action. This is also because the UN recognizes that even though the UDHR is widely accepted and supported, there is still much to be done to achieve dignity and equality in rights. 

由于明年是《世界人权宣言》75周年，联合国从今天开始开展为期一年的宣传活动，以提高对《世界人权宣言》的认识和理解，让大家更加了解如何将其当作具体行动的工具。这也是因为联合国意识到，即使《世界人权宣言》被广泛接受和支持，但在实现尊严和权利平等方面，仍有许多工作要做。
